YARD OF THE QUARTER
Each Quarter, the Briar Meadow Board selects one homeowner for the Yard of the Quarter Award. The winner receives a $50 gift certificate from Calloway's Nursery and the YOQ sign is displayed in their front yard.
We are happy to have partnered with Calloway's good neighbor program in recognizing the residents who take extra care in maintaining their yard. A special thanks to Calloways for sponsoring this Award.

GUIDELINES
Current Board members are not eligible.
Each yard is limited to winning the Award once every two years.
Yards that are well maintained and neatly groomed are considered for the Award
Factors include overall neatness of the front yard: trees and shrubs pruned, grass mowed and neat flower beds.
The Board reviews nominated yards and votes for a Winner. The next YOQ could be you! For more information please contact the Beautification Chairman.
