YARD OF THE QUARTER
Each Quarter, the Briar Meadow Board selects one homeowner for the Yard of the Quarter Award. The winner receives a $50 gift certificate from Calloway's Nursery and the YOQ sign is displayed in their front yard.
We are happy to have partnered with Calloway's good neighbor program in recognizing the residents who take extra care in maintaining their yard. A special thanks to Calloways for sponsoring this Award.

GUIDELINES
- All Briar Meadow residents (except current BMHOA Board ) may be selected as a YOQ winner.
- YOQ winners must be current with their HOA dues.
- Each yard is limited to winning the Award once every two years.
- Yards should be well maintained and neatly groomed to be considered.
The Board reviews nominated yards and votes for a Winner. For more information please contact
