Each quarter, the Briar Meadow HOA Beautification Committee selects
one homeowner for the Yard of the Quarter Award.The winner receives
a $50 gift certificate from Calloway's Nursery and the YOQ sign is displayed
in their front yard.
We are happy to have partnered with Calloway's good neighbor program in recognizing the residents who take extra care in maintaining their yard.

YOQ for Q1.
Their yard has a beautiful display of flowers in their garden beds, making their yard a "winner".
The yard should be well maintained and neatly groomed.
Yards can be planted with seasonal color or landscaped for curb appeal.
- All Briar Meadow residents can be selected as a YOQ winner.
- YOQ winners must be current with their HOA dues.
- Each yard is limited to winning the award once every two years.
- Current BMHOA Board are not eligible.
