Membership is open to all Briar Meadow residents. Briar Meadow
is a voluntary, homeowners association.
The yearly household fee is currently $145.00. Our fiscal year runs from
July 1st to June 30th. All residents receive an annual Membership Invoice.
You can join or renew your membership to BMHOA conveniently
by either PayPal or Check.
Your "all volunteer" Association works hard to try and maintain our
neighborhood so that it continues to be a safe and beautiful community.
Your Dues cover the maintenance of these common areas:
-
Entrances:
Rochelle, Ridgemoor and Sunflower. -
Legacy nature strip: (easement) - From the east side of Lowrey to Ridgemoor.
- Briar Meadow also has the responsibility of the pruning and care
- of more than 30 trees in this area. Also Coit Road.
90% of the Dues go towards maintaining these areas of your neighborhood (the first impression your friends and relatives have
of the neighborhood). This includes professional landscaping services (mowing, edging, planting) as well as utilities (water and electricity), sprinkler repair and entrance lighting.
During the year BMHOA holds a Halloween and a Crime Watch event in our neighborhood, publishes a quarterly Newsletter and
an annual Membership/Services Directory. BMHOA also sponsors a Yard of the Quarter Award together with Calloway's Nursery.
