MEMBERSHIP

Please join your Community's Homeowner's Association.

Your annual dues enable your Briar Meadow Homeowner's Association to
maintain and improve the residential character of Briar Meadow, protect the value of your investment in your home and keep Briar Meadow
an exceptional community.

As a Briar Meadow member of the association, your annual dues pay for the ongoing expenses of maintaining and improving the landscaping at the three entrances of your neighborhood and the lawn and trees along Legacy. Any remaining funds are used for various events offered during the year.

This includes the Yard of the Quarter Award; Newsletter; Membership Directory and the Crime Watch Program.

By becoming a part of your Neighborhood Association you will enjoy these Benefits:

Eligibility to participate in the Yard of the Quarter award.	Invitations to Block Parties/Special Events.	Quarterly Newsletter.
Recognition in the Annual Directory.	Networking - Meet your neighbors.	Community Website.

Please join your homeowner's association by filling out this membership form with your check and either mailing the form or giving it to a Board member. We cannot accept online payments at this time.
