WHO WE ARE -- The Best Place to Live in Plano!

Briar Meadow Homeowner's Association (BMHOA)
was established in 1999 as an incorporated Association
of homeowners and tenants residing in the Briar Meadow
addition to the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas.
The object of the Association is to build a sense of community among neighbors and to make our neighborhood a safe and pleasant place to live. BMHOA has an elected Board of Directors, appointed Chairmen of various committees, and a general membership. This is an all voluntary Board. The fiscal year of
BMHOA is July 01 through June 30 of the following year.
In 2011, BMHOA became a non-profit organization. The Briar Meadow development encompasses an area spanning from Rochelle to Sunflower Lanes in north west Plano and includes 243 homes.
BMHOA maintains the three neighborhood entrances at Rochelle Drive, Ridgemoor and Sunflower Lanes.
Our Board is run by an all-volunteer, dynamic team who live and work in our neighborhood. You are welcome
to join any open Board position you would like. New members are always welcome and greatly appreciated.
