JUDGING
GUIDELINES:
Briar Meadow residents
are judged solely on the exterior appearance
of their property and front yard as viewed from the
street. Factors include the overall appearance
and neatness of the front of the property. Winners
will receive a $50.00 gift certificate from Calloway's
Nursery and have the "Yard of the Quarter" sign
placed in their yard. Nominations
must be current with their homeowner’s
